The Development and Integration Server (D&IS) is a test server operated by SA Power Networks for OEMs and Technology Providers developing functionality for the Dynamic Exports requirements coming into force in South Australia on the 1st of July 2023.
The D&IS comprises a 2030.5 utility server with a simulated DNSP to issue controls and verify 2030.5 traffic from end devices. The D&IS has a series of tests for aggregators, aggregated DER, and direct DER type devices.
These tests aim to provide the client with the appropriate 2030.5 controls to complete the test cases given in the Dynamic Exports Test Procedure1.
The D&IS also provides a validator functionality, which automatically parses test logs to verify that the 2030.5 traffic within each test log meets the requirements of the test. The logic of how the validator does this is given in this document.
This document provides the technical details that the Clients MUST implement in order to satisfy the test requirements and pass the automated testing in place.
This document should be used in conjunction with the Dynamic Exports Test Procedure, which assess whether a given Electricity Generating Plant (EGP) is compliant with the SA Government Dynamic Exports requirements, and therefore compatible with SA Power Networks Flexible Exports connection option.
1. ALL HTTP URLs Must be in lowercase. If any URL is found to have an uppercase component, the validator would fail and display a NON COMPLIANT HREFs found error.
2. While an attempt to cover all scenarios has been made, for any uncertainty or questions around validator functionality please contact DynamicExportsCertification@sapowernetworks.com.au
